Cancellation Policy
We (Mindful Nest facilitator Evelin Szalai) understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. At MindfulNest, we aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible while maintaining fairness and clarity for all.Cancellations by You
• Single Class Bookings: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the class, we’ll offer a transfer to another date (subject to availability).
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or transfers.
• Transferred Booking: We cannot offer refunds or further transfer of a booking which has been transferred from a previous cancellation.
• Block Bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first session is eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are not eligible for a refund.Missed Classes
• We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes.Cancellations by Us
If we ever need to cancel a class (e.g. due to illness or venue issues), you’ll be offered:
• A rescheduled date
• A credit for a future class
Terms of Serice
These Terms of Service apply to all bookings, classes, and communications related to MindfulNest. By booking a session, you agree to the following:1. Who We Are
MindfulNest (facilitated by Evelin Szalai) provides mindfulness and meditation classes for parents and guardians with babies and toddlers (ages 0–4). Sessions are led by a qualified mindfulness teacher and held in family-friendly community spaces.2. Booking & Payment
• All classes must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking platforms (bookwhen).
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
• Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.3. Health & Safety
• You are responsible for your own wellbeing and that of your child during sessions.
• Please inform us of any relevant health or mobility issues before your class.
• While we aim to create a calm and supportive environment, MindfulNest is not a therapeutic or medical service.4. Medical & Mental Health Considerations
• If you are experiencing a psychotic episode, acute trauma, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, these classes are not suitable.
• If you have uncontrolled epilepsy, please consult your doctor before attending. Written permission may be required.
• If you have asthma, please bring a charged inhaler to each session.
• If you have a serious health condition (e.g. heart problems, diabetes, cancer) or are in late-stage pregnancy, please seek medical clearance before participating in movement practices.5. Confidentiality
All personal information is treated as confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken if:
• There is a risk of harm to self or others
• There is a disclosure of criminal activity (e.g. terrorism, fraud)
• There are safeguarding concerns involving children or vulnerable adults6. Children’s Needs
• Babies and toddlers are welcome exactly as they are - there is no need to apologise for noise or unsettled behaviour.
• You are free to step out or take breaks as needed and return when ready.7. Code of Conduct
• MindfulNest is a respectful and inclusive space for all parents and caregivers.
• We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave if necessary.8. Intellectual Property
All class materials, guided meditations, and handouts are the intellectual property of MindfulNest and may not be copied or distributed without permission.9. Updates to Terms
These Terms of Service and associated policies may be updated or amended at any time by MindfulNest. Continued participation in classes after updates implies agreement to the revised terms.
